Return & Refund Policy

We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Incorrect or damaged items received will be be fully refunded or exchanged, including shipping. Defective products will be repaired or exchanged within the warranty term, including shipping. All other returns may be subject to additional shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Except damaged or defective returns, items must be unused. 

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt, order number or other identifiable proof of purchase and a copy of your RMA. 

Requesting a Return - RMA

Unless otherwise indicated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and are non-refundable. If you are exchanging products, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

In certain circumstances and at our discretion, we will offer a full refund, repair or exchange, including return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label to return your products to us. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly inspect the items against the reasons for the return and notify you of the determined outcome of your refund.

If a refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Be aware that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit card or bank.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

We only replace items that have been received defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please indicate this reason when requesting your RMA as described above.
